Current Client Use

Current clients of Universal Networking Services may at any time use the help desk to submit helpdesk requests pertaining to their environment. Universal Networking Services will contact the client within 5 hours and resolve the issue. Issues submitted through the Help Desk are billable at standard rates as posted on the Universal Networking Services web site. Clients who have a managed services agreement or host a web site with Universal Networking Services will not be billed as the help desk functionality is included in their service.

New Client / Browse In Client Use
